The days are getting longer and before we know it, we’ll be retiring our cold-weather coats and replacing them with a chic light jacket and flats. Spring arrives in a flash; so, it’s time to start planning which to show off when that warm weather hits! When it comes to the styles that will dominate this season, there’s a lot to look forward to. One easy and exciting way to do that is through color. One color that I am very excited about is G-R-E-E-N! “Bright green after a cold, drab winter will be one of the colors I will be wearing on repeat!”

A new season means new outfits, and I couldn’t be more excited about that. But what do you do when the weather’s cold in the morning, hot in the day… and cold again at night? The trick to putting a stylish spring outfit together is starting out with chic basics, and then layering your look with sweaters and jackets. You can simply wear many oversized pieces on top of each other to stay warm. My new brick linen tunic is a great top and looks fantastic under my new one-of-a-kind silk and cotton statement jacket.

While roomy cuts were already fashionable last summer, this addition is coming in 2022: slits. This season we see the most diverse executions of the fashion trend in jackets, tops, skirts and pants. New this year is our work horse: A cotton canvas jacket in beige with side slits and large black vintage buttons. You are all set for Spring and Summer!

Everyone who doesn’t like plain-colored fashion will be happy this summer: prints in all possible variations are the trend in 2022. Polka dots, stripes and checks are not only a hit on their own, but also in a pattern mix.

Abstract prints can also be mixed with other patterns, creating unusual combinations that are guaranteed to make a statement! If you prefer to approach this trend slowly, it is best to choose a piece of clothing with a patchwork design and style the rest of the outfit more discreetly.
