Some pieces make life easier, and this pumpkin and black shrug is one of them. Made from a light, stretchy wool polyester, it takes the chill off your shoulders and warms your back without adding weight. Wear it open, as shown in the photo, for a relaxed and easy look. Or close it with one large black button when you want a little extra cozy. It is one size, and the stretch moves with you, so it feels comfortable all day. Style it over a black cowl neck tunic for a polished, layered look, throw it on with your favorite jeans, or wear it over a black dress for warmth and a pop of color. Each shrug is made in small batches in Angela’s Ballard studio in Seattle. The light wool polyester blend packs easily, so it is great for travel too. For care, we suggest gentle hand washing in cool water or dry cleaning, and laying it flat to dry so it keeps its shape. Slow fashion is choosing pieces that make you feel good for many seasons.
